The short version
We use only strictly necessary cookies: the ones that keep you signed in and keep the service secure. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies, and we don't use analytics. That's why there's no cookie banner asking you to accept anything.
What a cookie is
A cookie is a small text file a website stores in your browser. Some are needed for a site to work, such as remembering that you've signed in. Others follow you around the internet to show you adverts. We use only the first kind.
The cookies we use

These cookies are needed for the service to work. They don't identify you to advertisers, and we don't use them for marketing.
What we don't use
- No advertising or retargeting cookies.
- No social media tracking pixels.
- No third-party trackers in the manager portal or the learner experience.
Analytics
We don't use analytics on the website, the portal or the learner pages.
Bot protection
Our public forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots. To do this, Cloudflare checks technical signals from your browser. It isn't used for advertising.
Controlling cookies
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block the strictly necessary cookies, signing in and some forms won't work.
Changes and questions
If we ever want to use a cookie that isn't strictly necessary, we'll update this notice and ask for your consent first.
